Registration Information

Early registration for the 7^th Open Meeting will begin on June 16^th, 2008.

Registration for the Open Meeting is a competitive process. First priority goes to accepted presenters at the conference. Depending on the number of abstracts submitted and space restrictions at the conference venue, registration may be limited to a first-come, first-serve basis

Registration fees will be as follows

Regular rates
EUR €300 (or US$ equivalent) until 31 July 2008 (early bird)
EUR €370 (or US$ equivalent) from August 1st, 2008 on

Participants from developing countries
EUR €225 (early bird)
EUR €275 (from August 1st, 2008 on)

Student rates
EUR €175 (early bird)
EUR €225 (from August 1st, 2008 on) for currently enrolled undergraduate
and graduate students (proof of enrollment required)

Day rates
EUR €120 (or US$ equivalent) day rate (per single day)

Please note that payment of registration fees covers lunches and two coffee breaks on all
days of the conference, plus all technical equipment, printed/ electronic materials, and at least
one inauguration dinner/ reception. A further two dinners may be included as funding allows.
